New in SY25-26: Attendance Excuse Note Form

Starting in SY25-26, parents will be able to submit excuse notes for students in Aspen GO—the mobile-friendly version of Aspen Parent Portal. Any previously existing online systems that your school may have used in the past will be disabled prior to the start of the school year. Instructions on how to submit an excuse note are available in multiple languages in the Attachments section below. Additional information on how to use the Parent Portal can be found at dcps.dc.gov/page/parent-portal.
